Annex Brands, Inc., a USA based company, is a global network of retail and commercially located franchised establishments that provide complete shipping and business-services solutions for consumers and business alike.
Parcel Plus™ locations in Canada are independently owned and operated by licensed franchisees of Safcan Logistics Ltd, the master licensee of Annex Brands, Inc.
Parcel Plus has opened its doors to the first retail store in Abbotsford and through franchisees it is planned to roll out stores throughout Canada.
We at Parcel Plus offer packing and shipping services via air, land, and sea and unlike carrier outlets in which there is only one choice for shipping, Parcel Plus offers customers a choice between DHL, FedEx, and Canada Post (Pick & Drop location). We believe offering you that choice means more options for you to select the one which fits your need the best. We also serve the consumer and small-office, home-office user with a variety of business services including private mailbox rental, high-speed copying in black & white and color, office supplies, faxing service, printing, greeting cards, and assorted gift items, all in a convenient, service-oriented environment.

Parcel Plus offers a diverse range of core business and communications services for industry and individuals. These include private mailbox rental, high-speed copying in black & white and color, office supplies, faxing service, 4-color printing, key duplication, greeting cards, assorted gift items and more, all in a convenient, service-oriented environment.
Our core business is packing and shipping virtually all types of items, using materials and methods that have been developed, tested, and continuously kept up to date with changes in the industry. Our packaging professionals will choose from a variety of corrugated boxes, bubble packaging, foam packaging peanuts and other materials, knowing the carriers’ requirements for packing and shipping for insurability.
With the Freight Shipping service, Parcel Plus can arrange transport of large and valuable items such as grandfather clocks, artwork and antiques. No job is too unique for a Parcel Plus. Parcel Plus service centers are also DHL Service Points and FedEx Authorized Ship Centers, offering a wide variety of delivery options for shipments as large as a container of equipment or as small as a single document.
In addition, Parcel Plus is a full-service copy and print shop, providing high volume production with individual quality service. Stores can provide color and black & white copies with finishing services including binding, collating, folding, laminating and stapling for any copy job. Free pick-up and delivery are also provided for qualified jobs by participating locations.
Parcel Plus also provides full mailbox rental service with a variety of sizes to meet the needs of both individuals and small businesses. Each location has complete fax services to complement small offices or home office-based businesses.

Neal Diamond, COO
Chief Operations Officer
Neal Diamond has spent over 30 years in Canada helping entrepreneurs succeed in their businesses. He has helped to grow successful enterprises in transportation, publishing, manufacturing, agriculture, distribution, higher education, start-ups, esports, and nutrition. Most of Neal’s career has been spent working with transportation and logistics companies. Neal spent 10 years with Reimer Express Lines as General Manager of their Vancouver operations. He spent 7 years as a consultant working with a cross-border package shipping and receiving company on the West Coast.
He has helped manufacturing companies open offshore facilities and see their businesses grow globally in reach. He has helped merge and acquire companies located on both sides of the Canada/USA border.
Neal has successfully guided his clients in business development, personal development, marketing and strategic planning, HR consulting, and capital funding and his clients see him as the “go-to” person when trying to source the necessary resources, people and funds for their business.
Vinoshnee Reddy, CEO
Chief Executive Officer
Vinoshnee is a qualified pharmacist with a passion for business management and after completing her MBA she joined a large pharmaceutical company and held several senior positions responsible for growing the business. She has led the development and execution of the Company’s growth strategy, successfully expanding in new markets that aligned with the international growth strategies, defined priorities and go-to-market strategies to maximize business growth.
She leads the way in creating and embedding of a strong culture within Parcel Plus, embodying the core values and establishing the Company’s brand in the marketplace. She has successfully implemented a Vision and comprehensive strategic plan to support Parcel Plus growth and diversification objectives, overseeing the creation of operating processes and protocols. She has provided day-to-day management and primary accountability for the investment performance, financial performance, risk management and operational oversight. as well as lead the company’s capital allocation based on return opportunities, and risk management.
Yogan Reddy, BDH
Head of Business Development
Yogan is the Head of Business Development & Marketing. He specializes in business growth, turnaround and incubation of small and medium sized businesses. His qualifications include a BSc Engineering degree and an MBA. He has over 20 years of experience, working with businesses and utilities across 15 countries in the areas of business strategy and organizational development. Yogan was a Partner at 3 management consulting practices and most recently a Partner at PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in South Africa.
